Thus concludes this holiday season.

It all starts September 10th with Milo’s birthday. The weather is warm; it’s gorgeous outside; we’re ready to celebrate. 

Then my birthday, Charles, mom, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Dad, and Marian’s birthday closes the season on 1/21. The weather is cold; i am exhausted; we’re tired of parties. Or I am anyway. 

But, it’s not fair to Marian not to celebrate- so we had a family party on Wednesday and her friend party last night. Five girls total, so giggly and so happy. Marian was the only one who cried, but, it was her party so she could cry if she wanted to. 

Happy 7th birthday to my baby- who is sassy and sweet. Sneaky and earnest. Smart and eager and a master at getting other people to do things for her. She plays to audience and makes us laugh and loves loves loves. We love you right back.
